SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times Most orders are processed within 24-48 business hours.

  • Made-to-Order & Personalized Items: Please allow 5-7 business days for our artisans to craft your unique piece before shipping.
  • Hand-Sculpted Items: For intricate designs, processing may take up to 14-21 business days.
  • Note: We are closed on weekends and major holidays.

Domestic & International Shipping We ship worldwide to bring our creations to your doorstep.

  • Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: For international orders, all import duties, VAT, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are collected by your local customs office and are not included in our pricing. Please note: Refused shipments will not be refunded.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Return Policy We want you to love your purchase! We offer a 7-day return/exchange window (from the date of delivery) for unopened, unused, full-price items in their original packaging.

Custom & Personalized Orders (Final Sale) Because personalized, engraved, and custom-made items are handcrafted specifically for you, they are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once processing has begun. We appreciate your understanding that these unique pieces cannot be resold.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All Custom/Personalized Orders.
  • Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Sale items and items purchased with promotional discount codes.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at bibibiliss.fs@gmail.com with your Order Number in the subject line.
  2. If eligible, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your credit.
